I have had motion sensor cameras and lights fitted to the exernal of my property by Smartstart. I cannot fault the service. I had Greg come to the house and do a survey of what would best suit for me, he then gave me two options to choose from. I chose to have three cameras and lights which gives full coverage to my home. Greg and Jonathan came to fit everything in one day, the job was completed profesionally, the wires are all out of sight with any external wires boxed in. The guys worked hard and over a long day working around the family and dog and then ensured we were happy with how everything worked. Greg has then followed up to ensure everything is as we wanted. I cannot receommend this company enough.

He listened carefully to the brief, submitted a very detailed proposal and responded quickly to any queries. He installed the equipment in a timely and methodical manner and explained how to use the system in very simple terms. He followed up post installation and even months later he checks in regularly to ensure that the client is happy with how everything is functioning. I subsequently asked Greg to install a complete home automation system in my own home. Once again, his work was exceptional. Most importantly he managed to explain how the system works in a way that I, a confirmed technophobe, could understand. I would not hesitate to recommend Smartstart to anyone looking for a smart home solution which is easy to use and affordable.
